    • Scotty! Do more mini documentaries! We love it!
      Thanks for this!

By the way. Planning on getting a Toyota Vios made in PH or a Toyota Avanza made in Indonesia I think, and both 1.3 MT 2020s. They any good here in the Philippines? Thank you!

  2. Scotty, 91 geo storm. Cranks up and drives fine. But starting up it will idle really high before putting it in drive. Sitting at a light or so in drive seems like the idle rpms go up and down and up and down before leveling out. Oil changes regularly as well as filters, 99k miles

  3. I really dislike the over use of technology in cars, especially with stupid large touch screens. I prefer “don’t fix it if not broke” where using tactile knobs and sliders, that are easy to see and only do one thing are used. Even on domestic appliances like washing machines, they have the same stupid touch displays or LCD etc. Our broke within a couple of years so we could not see what settings the machine was using. Our previous German made Mielé did the equivalent of 30+ years HARD work and just had a couple of large knobs on the front and no display. KEEP THINGS SIMPLE!

  4. Scotty, I have a 1985 Toyota Corolla and the windshield wiper arm attachment nut fell off…
Do you think it is a reliable vehicle and should I lodge a complaint to Toyota headquarters in Japan?
