    I feel that my arms started to be stronger & toned. I love doing pull down and open one!
    Also, could you do some light workouts during the period?!

  3. You know how to burn those arms without adding weight. I’m enjoying my workout catchup. I would love to see a back and oblique workout also. All of your workouts are much appreciated. I think I have one more video then I’ll be all caught up with my workouts! Yayy.

  6. Hey Holly. I’m all about positive vibes but I would do a little change since you called this “chest workout”. The bent over lateral raise is an exercise for the trapezius and rhomboid muscles. I would change it for the same movement but laying on the ground like when we do a dumbbell fly. Keep up the good work! Kisses

    Push up is hard for me because im so fat and not strong
    Isometric and the v up were the best for me and for around the world i did some crunches

    I found the clam with the leg kicks the difficult excercise..
