  1. finding it hard to exhale when i should be. it tends to be that when i should be exhaling, i’m holding my breath. is this normal? and is this doing anything effective?

  2. Holly these workouts are amazing!! My leg muscles are so good, there so visible and my sister noticed them yesterday! I’d like to be doing more arm workouts if that’s possible in the next few workouts we have left 🙂 also I know I’m a day behind whoops

  4. Workout are great! Cannot believ it’s getting closer to 30 days now. Really proud.

    -Motivational Videos (as sappy as they can be)

  6. I’m not sure if the side crunch and lift worked for me ,maybe because I wanted to match pace lol but yeah DAY 26✅COMPLETE ❤💪😄

  7. I’m loving your an work outs and am doing them every other day. I’m also adding in a leg and bum workout too should I do this first or after does it make any difference? Xx

  11. that was fire then had my 2yr 7 month old daughter coming to sit on my abs as i did my workout and my back when doing the plank can imagine how much more difficult it was.
