  3. This is so calming and motivating. Thank you. I’ve been kind of obsessing over my body lately, something I haven’t done in a while but I think I need to just take a step back and focus more on life than my body, I definitely feel like I’ve been overworking myself. Thank you again. This was a great video!🤍

  5. Around 10:45 you say, “My Body and My Mind,” I was wondering How Long have you felt that your Body and your Mind are two separate things. I had a friend of Mine that was an Atheist… (Probably actual meaning not ‘The Modern ___________”). Anyway he’d been missing an eye… Well actually I heard someone shot him, but since it was his eye in front of his Brain he probably fell down incorrectly and with parents like his he probably had to make up a story to never admit that they had raised a Kid that Once, even Once had Fallen Down incorrectly…… Anyway…. Of did I mention he Died he’s Dead…. Anyway he said to me one time on facebook… I’m sure knowing me he thought he’d get this big Spiritual answer that everybody who read Our faceBooks could understand… He said to me….This was not in private chat…. If I have a Soul How Come I can’t See Though Both eyes, or From Both Sides, You Know something like that… And I said, “And this is a friend I had since High School and even saw a bit during his University Years.. Oh did I mention he was professor working on “Site Research… You know for people who are hard of Seeing..” And I said to Him… Because you are Not Dead. Your Soul is in Your Body. Your Body has One Eye… How is your Soul Supposed to see Through Both Eyes if your Body only has one…. Eye…. So Of course I think he accepted my Answer…. So if you Mind/Soul/Body… WhatEver you kids are calling that these days Seems Separate…. Isn’t that SomeThing you Should be More Worried About…. Not SomeThing you Should Be Giving Advice about…. By the Way just so yo University people Know, I’ve known Quite a Few People who had Bachelors, Masters, And PH’Ds… But not that many that have Gotten all Three…. I hear it’s quite popular with the Parents and all that…. Even a Guy whos’ parents could never admit he Fell Wrong got a PH’D of course he Died working on Site Research….. Growing Eyes Back….. “What will They Think of Next.”

    • That’s really rude of you. It’s her personal choice. As she mentioned, her goals have changed. And clearly she’s still healthy in terms of eating and exercising. Your negativity is not needed here👋🏽

  7. Dang, what a concept. I relate with this so much. It is so hard to break away from that grind gym lifestyle and I applaud you and I would even go to say many envy this type of mindset. I am proud of you. The goal should be = happy you. Not an expected standard from society when you prioritize health. Everyone has it’s twisted.

  9. So crazy because soooooo much of what you’re saying also applies to me! & looking at the comments, many many others. Not so much from a weightlifting perspective — I continued to weightlift but with moderate weight, not so much super heavy & that’s been working great for me and I’m seeing more results. I also thought I would fall back into really bad habits.

    BUUUUT, the changes in my appetite, food and exercise relationships has been CRAZY. I no longer feel the need to binge eat, my appetite has leveled off and I actually take rest days. I used to work out literally every single day and now there are weeks where I only workout 3-4 times. I used to never go out to eat & when I did, I would feel anxious about what I ordered. Now I’m actually enjoying going out to eat.

    • Yes I completely agree! I used to be anxious about going out to eat and ordering healthy, I would feel awful from working out only 3-4 times a week instead of 6 days. Now I just want to be active, walk, run, hike etc

  11. I love this. I do enjoy weight lifting but I simply cannot make it the gym 5-6 days a week to lift. This was really hard for me to accept. I’m finally at a place where I’m not so hyper focused on my body and I’m just doing my best to make healthy choices that are right for me.
