1. My challenge is sleeping longer. 6-7 hours is about as much as I can do every night. In fact 7 hours is rare for me, Does an afternoon nap count?

I have a question, i bought a rope from walmart a few months ago and i have lost 35 pounds (inspired by JRD) so far and im now about 19% percent body fat, however the rope is now all beat up, scratched, and tangles alot. Im investing in in JRD jump rope but will i be able to use the rope on a rough road without the rope getting all beat up?

    • 6rezi I think it will get beat up, like any other rope if you use it on rough floor. I just got my Crossrope that they advertise here is only been 5 days using it and I use inside on my kitchen tile floor is to early to tell. Iโ€™m working on getting me a mat and see how that works. This rope is good quality I got the get lean one, but there is more weighted ones my are 1/4 pound and 1/2 pound one but I been using the 1/2 pound one since I got it I feel like my work out is a little bit more intense.๐Ÿ˜Š I hope it helps you.     • Titabonita Robbins thanks for your insight. Iโ€™ll most likely be buying the get lean one as well. My progress i have made with jumping rope is remarkable. Im in the progress of making a transformation video but i dont consider jumping rope a something i have to do, i find it really fun and so now i just whip it out when im bored lol. I have a gym member ship but no cardio exercise or machine is as fun as jumping rope imo. Also it gets alot easier the more you do it.

    • 6rezi I know is fun!! Iโ€™m just trying to practice jumping without tripping on the rope. I loved jumping rope as a little kid, Iโ€™m not expert I wish I could jump like this guys is kind of hard getting into the rhythm. I guess I have to keep trying for now as long as do 10 jumps at the time is progress, ๐Ÿ˜Šis better than doing nothing.

  4. I do jump rope now and again but have had to stop due to shin splints being pretty bad and it doesn’t seem to stop the more I practise been rowing for a while now

  6. Hey real quick question if i dont have a jump rope and if I take 1 pound or 2 pound dumbel and mimic the motion of jumping rope until the rope I ordered comes is it still effective ?

  7. If I wanted to do a skipping workout 30 mins (following one of your routines) and do my marathon training in the afternoon would that be recommended. Or would I be working on the same muscles too much

  9. Hi, @jumpropedudes.. you have 02 videos about sideswipe on your channel. One posted on 15.11.2016 and the other is this one. In the first video, you say that your dominant hand is your right hand and it works like the anchor at 2.40. In this video, you say that your dominant hand is the left which is on top at 2.15. Kindly help as to where the dominant hand should be? On top or under??
