  3. This workout was awesome, it really does burn with light weights, the side push-ups were tough, hated those πŸ˜‚. Your outfits are always cute and flattering, you should list them πŸ˜„

  4. I also LOVED the side push-ups, but I really struggle with the tricep dips – they absolutely kill my wrists. Even if I grasp weights my wrist joints feel like they’re being smushed after a short time. Maybe someone has some alternative suggestions?
