  6. Quercetin is an ionophore, I would guess similar to chloroquine? Liposomal zinc is commercially available. You can make your own Liposomal vitamin C, I wonder if you can also make your own Liposomal zinc with the same process, distilled water, blender, ultrasonic cleaner, non GMO sunflower lecithin and vitamin C, but use zinc instead?

    • The nutrition facts are provided there but we start with 20mg per capsules and then double it typically if someone is sick.

  9. My Dr gave me a liquid zinc challenge and it tasted like water to me so he put me on a zinc supplement and for my whole family. We are using the Standard Process brand. That brand has helped me a lot.

  11. Hey Dr. Z, any thoughts on Quercetin or EGCG being Zinc ionophores similar to chloroquine? Discussions out there showing interest in combing Zinc with Quercetin or EGCG for possible treatment or prophylaxis. Sounds like a possible weapon against this virus. (Daily Zinc/Vitamin D/Vitamin C and if needed Quercetin/EGCG are all in my arsenal atm)

  12. By the end of this video – which was very good – and the end of reading all the comments, I was looking at the screen in confusion.ย 
    Why is there no mention of red meat? A mere 250g (approx 1/2 lb), a normal serving for a meal, will get you more than the required daily dose of zinc – in it’s most bio-available form – and in perfect balance with all the other required minerals – not to mention protein that builds strength and immunity in the body.ย 
    And you don’t ever have to ‘guess’ if you’re taking the right kind of zinc, or any other mineral, if you just eat a serve of red meat a day.
