    • It might surprise you to know that it’s been found that honey doesn’t raise the blood sugar level like other sugars, that’s why they always suggest bringing a person out of insulin shock with corn syrup and never honey!

  3. Honey should only be eaten on its own on an emty stomach, never mixed with any other processed foods like bread, and only max 2 teaspoons. Not on a regular basis but only as a cure. Wooden spoon should be used instead of metal

  5. Honey is the cure to many illnesses. Different honeys have different healing properties. I donot believe you can compare honey with refined sugar. For weight loss you can cut down on honey however to regain overall health i do believe you should consume it regularly.
