  3. Please Dr berg I have insulin resistance and I have lost some weight 7 kilo and I am also suffering from hypoglycemia and I dont know if losing weight helped me with my insulin resistance , how do I know if iam no longer insulin resistance and I am on keto in the same time.

  5. Hi Dr Berg, huge fan of your content! Been following your advice for about 2 months and shed 16lbs. Now that I’ve lost fat I would like the build more muscle to give my body a more toned look. Can you do a follow up video of D-Ribose and whether it’s still a recommended supplement because a few other sources seem to have debunked it. If you do still recommend it can you talk about whether it breaks a fast and spikes insulin and blood glucose? And whether we should count the carbs from D-Ribose like our normal starches or exclude them from the equation. Thank you so much!

    I’ve been keto for about 2 months now fasting 1 meal a day and I’m good not hungry but some days I’m so tired . I take lots of your stuff and your electrolytes powder . What am I missing ?
