1. Running wins for me all the time. Thirty min and I get a good calorie burn. Walking just takes too long. We are all different. I enjoy running, but if walking does it for you …. walk.

  2. From my own experience, running is much faster for weight loss. Right now at 55 I “try” to do a long run(10-15miles) once a week but even that takes a toll on my body. Right now I walk about 3 hours a day in the mornings, i practice omad, and it feels much better. I am able to control my weight with this routine.

  3. Walking of course! Aside from all physical benefits, walking simply takes less toll overall, makes it sustainable, enjoyable. A walk often boosts my mood and improves my thinking and concentration throughout the day. On the other hand running is a disaster, it takes ALL my willpower just to get out and run, and after a running session, 9 out of 10, I will feel exhausted and sick, dizzy and weak and out of breath and kind of hoping I was dead already. There is no way I continue with my day like that, and the rest of that day will surly turn into bed rest or a trip to the hospital if the situation gets dire.

  4. I walk about 2 hours a day I burn half the calories I eat which is not much at the end of the day. But I’d rather eat and walk every day then fast for days and not do anything. Just be consistent in whatever you choose. That’s the whole key. Consistency and discipline
