  1. Here’s how I made these babies!:
    -I seasoned a large chicken boneless/skinless chicken breast with cumin, chilli powder, salt, pepper, thyme, garlic and onion powder, black pepper and salt.
    -I fried the chicken breast in a pan and then shredded it with a fork.
    -i used small corn tortillas and stuffed them with the chicken and rolled them up.
    -I fried them in an inch of oil on all sides (I always use peanut oil) until golden brown and crispy! I will use a toothpick to hold them in shape next time.
    Top em with your favourite toppings!
    I used sour cream, fresh salsa, finely shredded cheese blend and guacamole.
    Tip: if your soft tortilla is not pliable, stick em in the microwave for a few seconds πŸ™‚
