  2. Does always going to failure lead to overtraining? I think it does , when i have an active job and lift to failure my brain just gets tired for a week to be recovered.

  4. so i have this weird thoughts, what if… we just do 4 sets daily for a muscle group.. for example.. everyday just do 4 sets for bicep curls (can be changed now and then). have anyone tried that out? will it work?
