  12. That was surprisingly difficult. … What to do with hands getting sweaty over individual sequences of the practice? Like from 3:02 onward, the dwn dog at 3:39 is difficult to hold bc my hands are sliding away… I guess I get sweaty because my upper body strength is close to non-existent :D, but could it also be the mat? (And yes, I do have a towel, but the sweating is only problem when mid sequence…)

  14. #goodmorning This one was difficult for me, in a good way. I didn’t realize how weak my arms were until that side plank sequence. Now I know what I have to work on!

  16. #goodmorning Thank you for this! As someone with weak wrists, cramped hands, twisted arms, and scoliosis shoulders, this wasn’t the worst! haha! This was actually really helpful and it’s not intimidating since it’s only 10 minutes. 🙂

  18. This was awesome thank you! I’ve been following your videos every morning starting on about day 6 or so. I’ve been climbing for a year and since the climbing gyms are closed at the moment I can feel my strength leaving. Even when I was climbing regularly I struggled with forearm and hand strength and have looked for good exercises to increase it. This morning routine was perfect for that! Definitely something I will revisit once the gyms open. Thanks!, Meg
