1. Ok who’s ready for a challenge? Today’s class is all about your upper body! Get ready to strengthen and tone your arms, shoulders and core with this 10 minute morning flow. PLEASE don’t be discouraged if this is tough at first!! Yoga is a journey, not a destination. Go easy on yourself and embrace the shakes, it means you’re working hard! 😋

  2. #GoodMorning Challenging but wonderful! I def was shaking with the side planks! But… I actually didn’t want this to end!! Thank you!

  3. #goodmorning checking in to say how I love that this is habit forming. I look forward to see what we will be working on each day. Thank you Kassandra for this timely flow. Needed to work my arms today. Have a wonderful day 🙏🧘🏼💕

  4. #goodmorning! This practice definitely had a bit of kick to it, but so glad to be able to do it and not give up :p Thanks again for an wonderful practice.

  5. Just joining the movement now! #goodmorning its be so amazing doing these for day 16 and 17! next challenge I will do the full thing!

  6. #goodmorning, I allow abundance into my life! Yes 😊 Yes☺️love, love, love, this morning yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ so good 😊 thank you ☺️ namaste 🙏🏾

  7. #GoodMorning 😊 Feeling relaxed and stress free after this! I woke up this morning feeling anxious and stressed out because of the things to come in my day and this really helped me want to tackle every obstacle! Thank you!!

  8. #GoodMorning I didn’t realize how much I needed to do a side plank, I was definitely shaking. Thank you 💛💛

  9. #GoodMorning Your transitions are flawless! It is so easy to move through the sequences you have put together, and I am finding success in poses I never have before!

  10. #goodmorning OMG! This one was the hardest for me! 😂 It was challenging! But I feel soooo good right now…. Thanks K.

  11. #goodnorning I have loved all of these morning yoga challenge videos but this one made me feel the burn! 😂👏🌞 thank you for this lovely challenge, it is a highlight of all my mornings during this strange, new time. 💜✨

  12. That was surprisingly difficult. … What to do with hands getting sweaty over individual sequences of the practice? Like from 3:02 onward, the dwn dog at 3:39 is difficult to hold bc my hands are sliding away… I guess I get sweaty because my upper body strength is close to non-existent :D, but could it also be the mat? (And yes, I do have a towel, but the sweating is only problem when mid sequence…)

  13. #goodmorning Well more like good afternoon but starting a daily practice has been helping me get through my more relaxed

  14. #goodmorning This one was difficult for me, in a good way. I didn’t realize how weak my arms were until that side plank sequence. Now I know what I have to work on!

  15. #goodmorning ! Loved it! Def incorporating that flow modifications w/ the lifted table/plank/L table/down dog into my regular practice for the core boost.

  16. #goodmorning Thank you for this! As someone with weak wrists, cramped hands, twisted arms, and scoliosis shoulders, this wasn’t the worst! haha! This was actually really helpful and it’s not intimidating since it’s only 10 minutes. 🙂

  17. #goodmorning oohhh i really liked this one. My dolphin pose was really hard to hold, I don’t know of I was doing it right!!!

  18. This was awesome thank you! I’ve been following your videos every morning starting on about day 6 or so. I’ve been climbing for a year and since the climbing gyms are closed at the moment I can feel my strength leaving. Even when I was climbing regularly I struggled with forearm and hand strength and have looked for good exercises to increase it. This morning routine was perfect for that! Definitely something I will revisit once the gyms open. Thanks!, Meg

  19. #Goodmorning but really good afternoon. I thought my streak ended but I was still able to sneak this challenge in today. Thank you! 🙏🏼

  20. Thank you for your lessons! They helped me so much staying at this shelter in place🤸🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️

  21. #goodmorning thank you! After the last two more relaxing and streching ones I really needed a strengthening practice again. Thank you! xx
