  1. John, I just spent over $50 on a dozen small black and white cookies which tasted horrible. They were dry and had a bad after taste. I am a native NY’er and a black and white cookie is a staple of all native NY’ers. It is part cake and part cookie. Half frosted with a semi sweet dark chocolate and the other half with a vanilla royal icing. Some say it is white chocolate but is really a vanilla icing. Can you PLEASE make a video showing us all how to make this classic cookie? Regards!
