1. It’s the flour tortilla (dough) that I object to. But I do like flour tortillas when they are used to make burritos. That’s because they are sauted till crunchy. Delish. But they have to be sauteed. I guess once they’re fried (in oil or sauteed) they’re called chimichanga burritos. Hey, how about sauteing flour tortilla on one side only and then follow through with making the taco. You’d have to watch it closely as the tortilla would harden before you knew it. Think I’ll try that.

    PS. They used to offer Gorditas. Kinda like a thick flour tortilla and somehow baked or fried. They were delish.
