    • @Top Tennis Training – Pro Tennis Lessons well, I play tennis four times a week and now wants to improve my ankle as I landed on my ankel four weeks ago. Any exercise or even tips to keep ankel strong. I do balance exercise everyday now and I think above video you made is already pretty good and covers lot of things. I liked it that it’s tennis oriented.

    • Suvir, I hurt my ankle a few years ago and I kept re-injuring it every so often. Then last summer my wife started me doing squats. I started with 20 and now do 100. Never had an ankle problem since. Somehow that strengthen my ankle and also my knees are feeling a lot better as well.

    • Thanks for watching Muhammad

  2. Thank you so much. Please make more tennis specific workouts. I’ve found myself doing really generic workouts and hoping that it would pay off on court but they haven’t. And then on top of that there are hardly any tennis specific workout routines on YouTube. Thank you again for the amazing content. It really helps us out.

    • It depends on your fitness levels etc but right now, when most people are home, 3-4 times per week would be a good start

  3. I found a nice big brick wall in a schoolyard nearby. I do 1 hour of intense
hitting every day if the weather is good.
    That should do it 😉

Are there any videos you would like to see from us in the near future?

    • @Max – I would suggest once a day is enough but if you want a second sessions, I’d do a run, cycling etc

  4. Thank you for another great video! I’m a junior player trying to stay in shape, and your workouts are becoming a part of my quarantine days. Exercises designed for tennis are a rarity on YouTube, and I’m glad I found you. Thanks again for the video and stay safe out there!

  5. Whoah. What a workout. I now know 2 things: I need to build my stamina back and Simon is one super fit individual. Great workout, thank you, Simon.

  6. thank you so much sir Simon for your help. Now we can do many things in our home . once again thanks for your help

    • It all depends on what other sort of training you’re currently doing.
3-4 times a week would be enough of one workout, assuming you’re also doing some running, bike, footwork drills etc

    • Press ups? Start with both arms extended and go down as low as you can, using your elbows to bend from, then push yourself back up.

  7. Great workout, thanks! Could you make a video with exercises for improving footwork at home? I found it difficult to master all the different steps while also trying to hit the ball, so a practice at home tutorial would be very helpful
