  2. No meds helped with my insomnia, they just left me feeling completely drained when I was awake. The only thing that fixed my insomnia was changing my diet. Eliminating stimulants like sugar, salt, coffee, and chocolate was what saved me. Also cutting out foods I don’t digest well like dairy and gluten. 🙏
